They will make their return on Curb Your Enthusiasm, Larry David's show on HBO, oh and by the way Larry David is the creator and co-writer of Seinfeld. This is going to be a multi part episode, which just makes this whole thing better. To what extent will they be part of the show? Will they be in character or will it be more of the actual people that play these great characters, all of which besides Kramer, have made appearances on Curb before. I have a hunch that this will be one of the highest rated shows in a very long time.
I wonder if they will touch on Michael Richards (Kramers) "stand up" moment or if that will be just brushed under the rug. Without being insensitive I hope it is brushed under the rug at least for these few nights of complete bliss. Just in case anyone needs any more proof how great Seinfeld is and the influence on every day life, needs to be pumped up more for this reunion or just wants to watch 3 great minutes of TV history watch the video below.
I do not know which of you readers have cleaning ladies/men crews, but my family has a crew of women come in every other week or what not to clean the house. First off there is a group of 3 women, only one understands English, which is the most annoying and frustrating things. I mean here I am sleeping or showering and you ask these people start somewhere else and they look at you like you are with 3 heads. However, if this was my only complaint I wouldn't mind and would get passed it. Here is my rant however: we pay for these people every few weeks, so why the fuck do I need to clean my room before they clean the house? If this sounds familiar to you please let me know. My mom will say to me the day before the cleaning people come: "make sure you clean your room" and without fail I will always respond saying why am I cleaning my room if they are coming to clean it?
Now I am not a slob, my room is always clean, it might need to be vacuumed but mostly it is clean. But why do I need to make sure it is extra clean in order for someone else to come in and clean it. I know this rant might seem a little jappy and I am not arguing that, but to me it seems like a waste of money and a complete annoyance. Maybe its just me, but leaving in a jappy town and surrounded by other jappy towns I have to think most of you probably agree with me.
Thats it for tonight, I had many people over the past few days talk to me about the blog and it seems people are enjoying it, so thanks for reading, become a follower and post some comments.
Yesterdays movie quote was: The Jerk. This is one of my all time favorites movies, and is one of the greatest comedies. It stars Steve Martin and he is at his finest, I highly recommend this movie.
Today's quote: "I say, "Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know." And he says, "Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness." So I got that goin' for me, which is nice."
Question of the day: What TV reunion would you most like to see?
Since Seinfeld Reunion seems to be happening I guess I would need to go with Full House, and just hear me out before I get ripped on. How great would it be now that we all know how dirty and hysterical of a man Bob Sagget is. He would be making jokes about everyone on the show, and it would be pretty funny.
